Nikon D700

Falling between the Nikon D3 and D300, the just-announced D700 ($3,000) is the company’s newest pro-level digital SLR camera. The D700 features a 12.1-effective megapixel Nikon FX-format sensor and a native ISO range of 200 to 6400. The camera also features a 3-inch super-density 920,000-dot VGA color screen, Nikon’s EXPEED Image Processing System, Nikon’s 51-point auto focus system, two Live View shooting modes, a Scene Recognition System, and a new active dust reduction system.
